I got up very early on this day and walked down to the beach to watch the sun rise. It was breathtaking! Here is a photo of the sky just beginning to brighten. You can still see a sliver of the moon near the top of the photo (just to the right of center).

the boys were sure if we kept driving we would find the treasure but the rainbow's end kept moving. :) I believe we did find the treasure, it just wasn't money. :)

When we were at Sharks Cove a local woman gave us advice on when was the best time to go snorkeling at Hanauma...as soon as they open! The first day we tried to go we discovered that we were there on the one day a week that they are closed. So, we tried again, successfully, and had a great time. By the time we left (mid morning) there was a huge line of people waiting to get in and no spaces left in the parking lot.
